Equipment & Technical Support for this Project Provided by TP-NETLINK V-Australia Client Project CLIENT SITUATION (1) V-Australia decided to expand their business by converting an unused warehouse into a Student Training Facility. The warehouse is located approximately 150 meters from their Head Office. Before this expansion project could go ahead however, the Directors imposed a number of rules and requirements to insure that V-Australia would maintain it’s profitability and avoid any additional overheads. The requirements were as follows: · All internet, email, VoIP and other ICT required at the new Student Training Facility were to be drawn from the Head Office ·Access to the network at the new site will be delivered by Wireless LAN · The WLAN must use the latest Wi-Fi standards & security and have at least five fixed / wired LAN connection points as a backup to the WLAN.

Our client selected TP-LINK equipment, recognized in the industry for offering the best combination of price and reliability. Details of the installation are on the following page. The total cost for the installation came to AU$ 1,823.95

Equipment & Technical Support for this Project Provided by TP-NETLINK V-Australia Client Project PROJECT DETAILS (4) An Access Point or Router, such as the TP-LINK TL-WA601G or TL-WA642G, that can be configured to work in Bridge Mode, can wirelessly extend the existing network from the Head Office to the new Training Facility Building. In order to fine tune the data-link between the two locations, a directional antenna, such as the TP-LINK TL-ANT2414A is used on each bridge, pointing towards each other. 1x TL-WA601G Bridge 1x TL=WA642G Bridge / A.P. 2x TL-ANT2414A Antennas
