  1. Teachers Who Are Different Here’s to the teachers who are different The ones who always play nice The ones who have no fear to work with their peers And ensure that students always moved and think twice Here’s to the teachers who are different To those who serve the kids they call disabled, lazy, or dumb The teachers who happily serve those who are different Or are sadly not even wanted by some. Here’s to the teachers who are different. Those who embrace kids who can’t walk, talk, read, write, or speak. For these are the teachers who know that the children they serve are the ones that make the world not just different- but unique. This poem was inspired and modified from a poem by Digby Wolfe called Kids Who Are Different

  3. Emerging Technology This list can change by the hour *Word-Track Changes and Autosummarize Track Changes is a way for Microsoft Word to keep track of the changes you make to a document. You can then choose to accept or reject those changes. Let's say Bill creates a document and emails it to his colleague, Lee, for feedback. Lee can edit the document with Track Changes on. When Lee sends the document back to Bill, Bill can see what changes Lee had made. Track Changes is also known as redline, or redlining. This is because some industries traditionally draw a vertical red line in the margin to show that some text has changed. * I-Chat, Skype or AIM I- Chat was an instant messaging software application developed by Apple Inc. It also featured audio, video and screen-sharing capabilities. *WebCT or Blackboard is an online exclusive virtual learning environment system that is licensed to colleges and other institutions and used in many campuses for e-learning.
