  1. Vriendenloterij opzeggen FriendsLottery participant regulations These regulations come into effect on January 1, 2022. Article 1 Organization 1. The VriendenLoterij NV, Beethovenstraat 200, 1077 JZ Amsterdam, organizes the VriendenLoterij. 2. The remittance of the VriendenLoterij is entirely for purposes of general interest. A participant can indicate to which beneficiary the payment must be made (the so-called earmarked participation). Beneficiaries can receive a contribution from the profits of the VriendenLoterij if they have concluded an agreement with the VriendenLoterij NV for this purpose. The unearmarked contribution will benefit beneficiaries in the field of culture to be designated by the VriendenLoterij NV. 3. The VriendenLoterij NV is supervised by the government. In the implementation of the VriendenLoterij, the VriendenLoterij NV complies with the government regulations and in the license referred to below. 4. The license for the implementation of the VriendenLoterij was granted by the board of directors of the Gaming Authority on 21 October 2021 under reference 300027/14481. 5. Anyone who participates in the VriendenLoterij is bound by the provisions of these regulations. These regulations may be amended by the VriendenLoterij NV from time to time. The current version of these regulations can be found at www.vriendenloterij.nl and can be obtained free of charge on request from VriendenLoterij NV. 6. The participant administration of the VriendenLoterij NV is kept together with that of the Nationale Postcode Loterij NV Article 2 Regulations for participation 1. Participation in the VriendenLoterij is open to persons of 18 years and older. Participants must truthfully declare that they are of age and/or truthfully fill in their date of birth. Participation in the VriendenLoterij is also open to legal entities. 2. The VriendenLoterij NV takes appropriate measures to prevent minors from participating in the VriendenLoterij. 3. The participant must ensure that the VriendenLoterij NV has his/her correct name, address and other

  2. contact details. The participant must inform the VriendenLoterij NV of errors and/or changes as soon as possible. Article 3 Playing method 1. The VriendenLoterij assigns a lottery number to each participant. The lottery number consists of the last 5 digits of his bank account number or a self-chosen 5-digit combination, supplemented with two sequential letters to be determined by the VriendenLoterij to make each lot unique. 2. A maximum of 576 lottery tickets can be issued per 5-digit (numerical) code. 3. If the maximum number of tickets per ticket number is exceeded, participants who want to play with that ticket number will automatically be moved to the next available number code. 4. The VriendenLoterij NV organizes 15 draws per year: 12 monthly (regular) and 3 extra draws that take place throughout the year. The monthly draw of the VriendenLoterij NV automatically includes the added game described in Article 4. This combination of regular drawing and the added game is hereinafter also referred to as 'playing month' . 5. Participation in the VriendenLoterij does not automatically mean participation in every drawing or the added game organized by the VriendenLoterij NV. Valid participation is required for this, see article 9.8. 6. Participants who will participate after the entry into force of these regulations will automatically participate in the number of draws that the VriendenLoterij NV is organizing at that time. Participants who do not yet participate in (all) draws can adjust their participation to the number of draws organized by the VriendenLoterij NV. 7. Every participant in the VriendenLoterij has a chance to win prizes with valid participation in a playing month and/or extra draw. Article 4 Added game 1. With valid participation, every participant in the VriendenLoterij automatically plays in the added game of the VriendenLoterij, namely the weekly Bingo. 2. The Bingo may vary in execution. The details of the Bingo (how many numbers from which series and frequency) are determined and published in advance by the VriendenLoterij NV. 3. The Vriendenloterij NV allocates a Bingo card with 15 numbers from a series of 1 to 45 to each participant per lot number for each week. 4. The lottery number of the participant is stated on the Bingo card(s) of participants for

  3. information purposes. 5. A Bingo card is not proof of valid participation (see Article 9.8). 6. If a participant with more than 1 lottery number plays in the VriendenLoterij, he will play with several Bingo cards per week, ie the same as the number of tickets with which he plays in the VriendenLoterij. 7. Each participant can digitally view the Bingo card(s) for the added game. Physical Bingo cards are available on request. Article 5 Application and establishment of participation 1. Applications for participation until further cancellation can be made by issuing an authorization for direct debit to the VriendenLoterij NV in writing, by telephone or via the website(s) of the Vriendenloterij NV at the address indicated by the VriendenLoterij NV. manner. Participation will be confirmed in writing (by normal mail or by e-mail) as soon as possible, but no later than 10 working days after notification to the person concerned. The VriendenLoterij NV reserves the right not to process and/or accept illegible or incomplete applications for participation and not to follow up on questions or comments stated therein. 4. If collection of the deposit of the specified bank account number is not possible at the first collection moment of a new participation, VriendenLoterij NV can consider that participation as not established. The participant will be informed in writing (by normal mail or by e-mail) of the non-completion of the participation to the (e-mail) address known to the VriendenLoterij NV. 5. Participation is also possible by means of a free ticket. A participant can participate in a draw with a maximum of 3 free tickets. 6. In the event of errors and defects, including but not limited to technical disruptions, as a result of which participation in the VriendenLoterij has not come about or is not possible, the person who wanted to participate will not take part in the draw(s) organized by the VriendenLoterij NV. Article 6 Refusal to participate 1. The VriendenLoterij NV reserves the right not to process or accept applications for

  4. the start, resumption or extension of participation if there is (or has previously been) improper use and/or abuse, fraud and/or deception by the ( former) participant (hereinafter “improper use”). In these regulations, improper use also includes (i) repeated or non-sequential participation in and cancellation of (participation in) the VriendenLoterij; specified bank account number and/or refund thereof by the participant or a banking institution. In order to prevent improper use, the VriendenLoterij NV can make use of overviews of (former) participants who are guilty of this. 2. If participation on the basis of the previous paragraph cannot take place, this also applies to applications for the start, resumption or extension of participation in the National Postcode Lottery. Article 7 Expansion or change of participation 1. In the event that an existing participant has expanded his participation and will play with more Lot numbers, the deposit will be automatically debited from the specified bank account number. The extension of the participation will be confirmed to the participant in writing (by normal mail or by e-mail) within 10 working days after notification thereof. In this confirmation letter or e-mail it is stated with which Lot number(s) the participation has been extended and per which playing month the participant will play in the VriendenLoterij. 2. If the participant informs the VriendenLoterij NV of a change in his bank account number, his lottery ticket number will automatically change in all cases. The participant will receive a written notification (by normal post or e-mail) from the VriendenLoterij NV about his new lottery number. 3. The lottery number stated on the bank account statement is leading. The participant plays with the new lottery number from the month of play or extra draw stated on the bank account statement. 4. A move can be communicated in one of the following ways: by telephone, in writing, via the contact form on the website, via the personal page of the participant or via the social media channels and LiveChat. Participants will receive written confirmation (by normal post or by e-mail) of a relocation they have specified. The change period is a maximum of one month. 5. All other changes (e.g. corrections in the name of the participant or changes in the e- mail address or (mobile) telephone number) can be communicated in writing (by normal mail or by e-mail), by telephone or via the website . 6. A change of data as stated in this article received by the VriendenLoterij NV results in

  5. a change in the joint participant administration as described in article 1.6, with the exception of the bank account number. Article 8 Termination of participation 1. Full or partial termination of participation by a participant can take place in any of the following ways: a) in writing (by letter), address Beethovenstraat 200, 1077 JZ Amsterdam; b) by telephone on telephone number 088 - 020 1020; c) via the website www.vriendenloterij.nl/opschrijven or d) via the contact form. Partial termination means: not all lottery numbers with which the participant plays will be terminated. 2. The request for termination must contain sufficient identifiable information to be processed by the VriendenLoterij NV. 3. The participant can cancel a participation at any time. If the cancellation is made when the collection process for a playing month and/or extra draw has been started or the collection has already taken place, participation in the relevant playing month and/or extra draw will still take place. 4. The participant will receive a written confirmation (by normal mail or e-mail) of the full or partial termination. With the complete termination of participation, the authorization provided by the participant to automatically debit the deposit from his bank account number. 5. The VriendenLoterij NV can unilaterally terminate participation in whole or in part in any of the following cases: a) manifest incompetence on the part of a participant as a result of which the participant concerned is unable to terminate his participation himself; b) indecent behavior towards FriendsLoterij NV and/or its employees; c) (reasonable suspicion of) improper use and/or abuse, fraud and/or deception. 6. The participant will be informed of the termination by the VriendenLoterij NV in writing (by normal post or by e-mail). 7. Termination on the basis of paragraph 5 above also applies to this lottery in the event of simultaneous participation in the National Postcode Lottery. 8. If a bank reports that direct debit from the bank account number specified by the participant for direct debit is no longer possible at that bank, the VriendenLoterij NV will terminate its participation unilaterally. The participant will be notified of the termination in writing (by normal mail or by e-mail). Article 9 Deposit, debit and participation certificate 1. Participation in the VriendenLoterij costs EUR 14.50 (fourteen EURO and fifty EUROCENT) per lottery number per draw.

  6. 2. The deposit of participants in the VriendenLoterij is debited from the bank account number specified by the participant prior to a playing month and/or an extra draw. The debit of the participant's contribution takes place on the basis of (an) authorization(s) provided for this purpose by the participant to the VriendenLoterij NV. 3. With every debit based on direct debit, the VriendenLoterij NV states on the bank account statement of the bank account from which the deposit is debited under which lottery number(s) and with which playing month or extra draw the participant is participating. This debit will be regarded by the VriendenLoterij NV as confirmation of participation and proof of participation for the month of play or extra draw mentioned in the notification field on the statement, unless the debit of the deposit for the relevant draw(s) is reversed. 4. If the lottery number cannot be stated when debiting the deposit (e.g. when participating with a free ticket or when paying via iDEAL), the participant will receive a confirmation in writing (by normal post or by e-mail). containing the lottery number(s) which serves as proof of participation. 5. In the event that a participant participates with more than one lottery number, the request for collection of the deposit will be submitted to the bank at the same time, except in the situation as described in Article 7.1 or 9.12. 6. The VriendenLoterij NV has no influence on the order in which lottery numbers are presented to the bank and whether or not they are collected by the bank. 7. If the debit does not succeed or the debit for a playing month and/or extra draw has been reversed by the participant or the participant's bank, then the VriendenLoterij NV is authorized, but not obliged, to make at least one more collection attempt. take place. 8.   7. specified by the participant for two consecutive months of play or if the debit has been reversed twice in succession by the participant, the VriendenLoterij NV may unilaterally terminate participation on the grounds of improper use in accordance with article 8.5. 11. The contribution referred to in paragraph 1 can be increased annually by the VriendenLoterij NV. The VriendenLoterij NV will announce the increase in good time, stating its effective date. 12. The VriendenLoterij NV may also determine that payment of the deposit due must be made in advance by other payment methods. Article 10 Draws 1. The VriendenLoterij NV annually organizes 15 draws: 12 monthly draws and 3 extra draws. 2. The Vriendenloterij NV draws are public and take place under notarial supervision. The notary makes an official report of every drawing and determination of the numbers with which Bingo is played. The notary is entitled, if he finds or assumes any irregularity, to declare the draw invalid and to immediately have a new draw take place. 3. In order to determine the winning lottery numbers in the monthly draws, a monthly drawing will take place from all lottery numbers issued for the relevant draw in accordance with these regulations. 4. The numbers with which Bingo is played are determined monthly under notarial supervision. 5. In order to determine the winning lottery numbers in the additional draws, a drawing will take place three times a year from all lottery numbers issued for the relevant additional draw in accordance with these regulations. 6. In the monthly draw and in the extra draw, a participant can win more than one prize per lottery number. 7. In the Bingo, a participant can only win more than one prize if he plays with several lottery numbers in the VriendenLoterij. 8. Only participants with a valid entry can be prize-winning. 9. For the Bingo, a variable number of numbers is drawn from a total of 45 numbers. The number of numbers drawn will be at least 35. FriendsLoterij NV will announce the exact number of numbers (including the estimated chance of winning) at least one month before the relevant draw. 10. The board of the VriendenLoterij NV is entitled to postpone or cancel a drawing if, in its opinion, the smooth running of the drawing is in danger. This decision will be

  8. published as soon as possible stating the new date of drawing. In the event of definitive cancellation of a drawing, the deposit paid by the participants will be refunded, as much as possible. 11. The board of the VriendenLoterij NV may decide to organize additional draws up to the maximum number allowed in the license referred to in Article 1.4, for which participants can register separately and for which a separate contribution can be requested. Article 11 Prize Package 1. The prize package of the lottery draw, extra draw and Bingo may include cash prizes, prizes in kind or free play opportunities. 2. The prizes may include invitations to attend a recording of a (television) program. Participants can also be given the opportunity to do so in other ways than by winning a prize. A preliminary round may be linked to the invitation. Every participant who is invited to a (television) program has a chance to win additional cash prizes, prizes in kind or to participate as a candidate in the (television) program and win cash prizes and/or prizes in kind. All participants who are not invited to a (television) program can be given the opportunity to win the same prizes as those won in a (television) program in a manner to be determined by the board of the VriendenLoterij NV. 3. Playing opportunities can also be made available as a prize. A winning chance is a lottery ticket that in (a) month(s) to be determined by the VriendenLoterij NV is played for free in the VriendenLoterij or Nationale Postcode Loterij, after which it is automatically stopped and further participation with this ticket is not possible, unless the participant movement indicates with the lot of the won chance of playing to want to play. 4. The prize package of a playing month and extra draw is determined and published in advance by the VriendenLoterij NV. 5. A main prize of EUR 25,000 can be won in the Bingo. This prize is won by the participant who is the first to have Bingo, ie who has a full Bingo card (i.e. has been able to cross off all numbers on the Bingo card) and who participates validly (see Article 9.8). In the Bingo organized during the television program VriendenLoterij Miljonairs, a different prize package applies, which is determined and published in advance by the VriendenLoterij NV. 6. If several participants simultaneously “be the first” to have a full Bingo card, the main prize of EUR 25,000 from the Bingo will be paid out as many times as the number of winning Bingo cards. 7. A participant who (first) has Bingo in the Bingo - alone or simultaneously with others -

  9. will not win any other prizes from the prize schedule of that Bingo with that full Bingo card. So a maximum of one prize can be won per Bingo card. 8. All other prizes (i.e. all prizes except the main prize of EUR 25,000) in the prize schedule of the Bingo only fall if a participant has a full Bingo card at the Bingo ball indicated with that prize on the prize schedule for the relevant Bingo drawing and validly participate, they are therefore not guaranteed. 9. The value of cash prizes from the Bingo that do not fall will be placed in the remaining prize pool of that year. 10. The VriendenPuntenPrijs is a prize that is drawn on a lottery number. The amount of the FriendsPointsPrice is determined by the number of Points saved by the winning participant. The method of awarding VriendenPunten and the moment of drawing the VriendenPuntenPrijs – which will be drawn at least once a year – will be announced on the website of the VriendenLoterij NV Article 12 Publication and distribution of prizes 1. The distribution of prizes is subject to valid participation (see Article 9.8). 2. The VriendenLoterij NV will announce the winning lottery numbers and the associated prizes within one week of the relevant drawing by publication through its chosen media, unless it concerns weekly, daily and hourly prizes. Weekly, daily and hourly prices are published per week, day or hour. 3. The numbers drawn with which Bingo is played are published weekly on the website of the VriendenLoterij NV . 4. The names of participants or prize winners may only be disclosed to a third party or third parties other than processors with their express permission. 5. Participants who have won a cash prize will receive their prize no later than 6 weeks after the announcement of the result. 6. All cash prizes will be paid out to the participants by transfer to the bank account from which the deposit for the draw has been debited for the benefit of the VriendenLoterij NV. If a draw has been entered via a free lottery ticket, the prize will be paid out to the specified bank account number. 7. Prizes in kind are, if applicable, delivered to the address known to the VriendenLoterij NV. If this address turns out to be incorrect, the VriendenLoterij NV will not take any further action. 8. The VriendenLoterij NV reserves the right to set up distribution points with national coverage instead of home delivery for prizes in kind. 9. The VriendenLoterij NV reserves the right to award alternative prizes, including gift

  10. vouchers, for prizes in kind with a value below EUR 25.= (twenty-five EURO). Prizes in kind cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated. 10. If a winning participant is found not to comply with article 2.1 above, the prize won will not be awarded. 11. The games of chance tax will be deducted by the VriendenLoterij NV from cash prizes on which tax on games of chance must be paid. 12. Prizes that have not been received by the winner within one year after the draw or for which no winner has registered within that period, will expire at the VriendenLoterij NV . 13. No rights can be derived from the results published by the VriendenLoterij NV. Article 13 Complaints 1. A statement of dissatisfaction with regard to the actions or omissions of the VriendenLoterij NV - such as complaints about the failure or incorrect award of a prize - must be in writing and substantiated within one year after the announcement of the draw against are of the VriendenLoterij NV After the term of one year, it is no longer possible to complain. The complaints procedure of the VriendenLoterij NV also applies to this. Article 14 Liability 1. The VriendenLoterij NV is not liable for any delay, or (incorrect) actions and/or omissions whatsoever in the automated processing of payment orders at financial or other institutions involved or at the participant himself. The risk of late or incomplete payment of the amount due for the lottery rests with the participant. FriendsLoterij NV does not accept any form of liability with regard to the aforementioned cases. 4. The VriendenLoterij NV is not liable for errors or omissions in the (automated) process of the lottery drawing. 5. The VriendenLoterij NV is not liable for errors or omissions of third parties in the

  11. delivery and issuance of prizes in kind. 6. No liability is accepted by VriendenLoterij NV for damage caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond the control of VriendenLoterij NV. In addition to legal force majeure situations insofar as not yet included herein, this also includes, but is not limited to, (erroneous) acts, omissions or closure/bankruptcy of third parties engaged by VriendenLoterij NV (including suppliers) and postponement or cancellation of lottery activities and/ or prize distribution as a result of a (threat of) war, (threat of) natural disasters, strike, revolt, epidemic, pandemic, government measures and/or government advice and serious (disruptions) in the business operations of the VriendenLoterij NV and/or the engaged third parties (including suppliers). Article 15 Final provision 1. The previous version of the FriendsLottery NV Participants Regulations (dated August 16, 2021) will be withdrawn as of January 1, 2022.
