Have you ever felt like you don’t know where to turn for support as a postgraduate teacher? This session will aim to enhance your confidence in marking and also approach topics such as how best to deal with students who have disabilities. What do you need to know to teach statistics?: Dr Peter Cahusac, University of Stirling Teaching statistics can be a daunting task. This session will help you develop ideas on how best to teach new students the basic statistical methods required within Psychology. Seizing the means of instruction: Dr Paul Bishop, University of Glasgow The transition to higher education is not always easy, how can we as postgraduate teachers help with this? This session will provide tips on how to improve student generated content.
