  8. 价格构成 美国北卡转基因大豆的价格（集装箱运输）主要构成如下： 装卸操作费 + 拖车费 + 集装箱海运费 + 出口单证费 + CBOT 开盘价格

  9. 业务流程 1. 签订购销合同 2. 申请安全证书 3. 确定价格 4. 收到预付款或者信用证后确定具体发货计划 5. 与船公司预订海运舱位并与客人确认船期，客 人确认后下装货计划给工厂 6. 安排拖车装运货物并跟踪装船情况 7. 发装运通知给客人 8. 制作出口单据并与客人确认 9. 正本单据提交银行并发一份副本给客人 10. 客人拿到正本单据后清关提货
