  2. DO NOW Quick Review Go to jhcabat.wordpress.com, review the presentation that the group did on Odysseus in the Underworld (Book XI of The Odyssey) and jot down a couple of talking points on how this story compares with Aeneas’ journey.

Directions: Split into the same six groups as yesterday Go to www.mrcabat.com and click on the link to your group’s painting Be prepared to speak about the following: • What is the “structure” of the Underworld in your painting? • How does your painter portray the emotions of the inhabitants of the Underworld? • What feature of the painting strikes you as the most powerful? • What connection(s), if any, are there to the way Virgil portrays the Underworld?
