What our clients are saying... This past February, Bacardi Canada Inc. held its 153rd annual anniversary party for the first time at Muzik. To say that the event was a success is an understatement.From the valets outside the door to the wait-staf to the bartenders and everyone in-between, the service was flawless and the staf managed to create a very warm, friendly and festive atmosphere at the same time behaving in a strictly professional manner. Without question, Muzik has mastered the art of customer service. The age range of the guests was vast – from early 20-somethings to retired employees – yet everyone found a spot that enabled them to have a truly enjoyable evening. Since that evening, the response from the attendees has been overwhelmingly positive. The Bacardi guests were welcomed into the private space with a celebratory cocktail at the door and any number of delectable appetizers. Many diferent hot and cold hors d’oeuvres were available all evening; everything was delicious and plated elegantly. The video projection walls made it feel like a branded Bacardi space and the sound system for speeches and music during the evening was excellent. The DJ was able to sustain a youthful, festive and varied selection of music and helped to keep the energy going while keeping a volume level that allowed everyone to mingle and talk with one another without having to shout. When the public area of the club was opened, guests were able to join that party and/or dance or continue to enjoy the private space, as they wished. Muzik Nightclub was the chosen venue again in November 2014 for a very special corporate client. It was their 4th year in 10, at this beautiful venue, celebrating the holidays for 200+ guests. Dealings with Jenny and Zlatko in past years, has always been a professional experience. They’ve always gone out of their way to be accommodating of special requests or needs, and it has been much appreciated. 2014’s event was overseen by Mirela Davis. She was a pleasure to work with, from conception of the event in the spring of 2014, right through to completion, personally on hand to load out with us at 3 am. Our ‘private’ space on a ‘public’ Saturday night was spectacular. Luxuriously large for 220 guests, we were able to enjoy our own entertainment and sound-system until 9 pm. After that time our guests were able to enjoy the house music and make their way out to the public dance floor or stay in our own area. Security presence at our entrance allowed our guests to move freely between the two areas while keeping our area private, to public guests of Muzik. Muzik hosted our Holiday Cocktail Party in 2013 and 2014 and both events were a tremendous success. Guests began arriving at approximately 7pm. The Chandelier Lounge was reserved exclusively for guests of Deloitte, with a total expected attendance of 800. The Chandelier Lounge is a self-sufcient space, complete with 2 large bars, DJ system, Video projection walls, coat check and private restroom facilities with attendants. Guests enjoyed the red carpet experience and private entry where they were greeted by hosts and hostesses. The catered cuisine ofered a variety of hors d’oeuvres which were passed for the first hour and a half, along with food stations serving gourmet comfort food, late night snacks and passed desserts. The DJ played a combination of lounge music together with some festive holiday themed tunes from 7pm to 10pm. At 10pm the main venue space opened to the public and MUZIK Saturdays kicked of. Guests of Deloitte were treated to complimentary Beauty Bar access, and the freedom to explore the entire venue. The Chandelier Lounge was secured as a space exclusive to Deloitte guests only. The dancing and festivities went well into the night. My client was congratulated by the managing partners at Deloitte, saying that the event was a great success, while marveling at the venue and the level of service they received. After the event Alan, my client, extended the following thank you note: Hi, Mirela… A massive thank you to you and your entire team for a job well done last Saturday! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. You exceeded my expectations, which is not easy to do.
