Waiting for You, My Child

As you woke up this morning, I watched over you. Hoping you'd talk to me, even just a few words asking my opinion or thanking me for something good from yesterday. But you were too busy... getting ready for work. I kept waiting as you rushed around the house, thinking you'd find a moment to say hi. But you were too preoccupied. To see if you'd notice me, I lit up the sky with colors and sweet bird songs... but you didn't even realize. I watched as you left for work and patiently waited all day. With so much going on, I guess you were too occupied to say anything. Back home, I saw your fatigue, wanted to wash away your stress, thinking it would make you remember me. However, you got angry, offended my name. I longed for you to speak to me... There was still plenty of time. Later, you turned on the TV. I waited patiently as you watched your favorite show, then had dinner and once again forgot to talk to me. I noticed your fatigue, understood your silence, dimmed the sky's glow but left a star for you... truly beautiful, but you weren't interested. At bedtime, I think you were exhausted. You said goodnight to your family, walked to bed, and almost instantly fell asleep. I accompanied your dreams with music. My nocturnal animals shone. It's okay... maybe you don't realize I'm always there for you. I have more patience than you can imagine. I want to show it to you so you can have it with others. I love you so much that I wait every day for a prayer, and the landscape I design each sunrise is for you. Well... you're waking up again, and all I have left is to give you all the love I feel for you and keep waiting for at least today you dedicate some time to me. Have a good day... Mientras te levantabas esta mañana, yo te observaba.Esperaba que me hablaras, aunque fuesen unas pocas palabras preguntando mi opinión acerca de algún tema o agradeciéndome por algo bueno que te hubiese sucedido el día de ayer.Pero noté que estabas muy ocupado...buscando la ropa adecuada que te ibas a poner para ir al trabajo. Seguía esperando mientras corrías por la casa arreglándote, creí que encontrarías unos cuantos minutos para detenerte y decirme ¡Hola ¡Pero estabas demasiado ocupado...

Para ver si por fin me percibías, encendí el cielo para ti, lo llené de colores y dulces cantos de pájaros... pero ni siquierate diste cuenta de ello.Te miré mientras te ibas al trabajo y esperé pacientemente todo el día.Con tantas actividades supongo... que estabas muy ocupado para decirme algo.De regreso, vi tu cansancio, quise rociarte para que el agua se llevara todo tu stress. Pensé que agradándote, te acordarías de mi. Sin embargo, enfurecido, ofendiste mi nombre. Deseaba tanto que me hablaras...Aún quedaba bastante tiempo. Después encendiste el televisor.Esperé pacientemente mientras mirabas tu programa favorito, luego cenaste y nuevamente te olvidaste de hablar conmigo.Te noté cansado, entendí tu silencio y apagué el resplandor del cielo pero no te dejé a oscuras.Lo cambié por un lucero...en verdad fue hermoso, pero no estuviste interesado en verlo.

  3. A la hora de dormir creo que ya estabas agotado.Dijiste... Buenas noches, a tu familia, caminaste hacia tu cama y casi de inmediato te dormiste.Acompañé con música tus sueños. Mis animales nocturnos se lucieron. No hay problema...porque quizás no te des cuenta que siempre estoy ahí para ti.Tengo mas paciencia de la que te imaginas.Quisiera enseñártela para que puedas tenerla con los demás.Te amo tanto que espero todos los días por una oración y el paisaje que diseño cada amanecer es para ti.

  4. Bueno... te estás levantando otra vez y no me queda otra cosa que entregarte todo el amor que siento por ti y continuar esperando que al menos el día de hoy me dediques solo... un poco de tiempo.Que tengas un buen día... Tu papá: Dios
