The MENTUR Project was funded by a 3 year HRSA grant at The College of St. Scholastica School of Nursing mission is “To educate students to deliver nursing care to all, particularly to those whose health needs have been traditionally under-served.” A Nursing Workforce Diversity Grant - Department of Health & Human Services - Health Resources and Services Administration - Grant # D19HP07385 The MENTUR Project worked to increase enrollment, retention, and graduation of disadvantaged and underrepresented nursing students

Outcomes and Accomplishments • 33 Graduates from 3 undergraduate nursing programs (traditional undergraduate, post baccalaureate and RN/BS) over 3 years • $40,000 Scholarships and $40,000 Stipends per year were provided (Carryover funds for this year will provide stipend support to 18 nursing students) • Legacy of artwork and increased diversity in nursing at the College of St. Scholastica A Nursing Workforce Diversity Grant - Department of Health & Human Services - Health Resources and Services Administration - Grant # D19HP07385
