What are affirmations? • An affirmation is anything you say or think. • You are using affirmations whether you know it or not, and these thought patterns have a direct influence on your emotions, relationships, career, health, and finances. • Law of Attraction—YOU GET MORE OF WHAT YOU FOCUS UPON

  3. Bad News • Most of our thoughts are negative.

  4. Good News • You can change your thoughts.

  5. Where to begin??? • Begin by paying attention to your thoughts and beliefs, which are merely habitual thinking patterns that you accepted as a child. • Begin to consciously and thoughtfully create thoughts that please and support you, rather than sabotage you.

  6. Negative Affirmations • Complaining • Criticizing • Envy • Worry

  7. Positive Affirmations • Gratitude • Mirror work • Looking for the good • Watching for evidence that the Universe is supporting you • Recognizing the abundance that surrounds you • Limitless vs. finite resources

  8. Changing your thought process can be an exciting, joyful process!!! • Share your thoughts or keep them to yourself—you can be as private about this as you want to be. Your journey is YOUR journey. • Keep it simple. • Use the present tense.
