USDA Dietary Guidelines • Evidence Based Curriculum • Written by dietitians employed by Utah State University Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science and Cooperative Extension • CBH 2018- Currently in the peer review process • Local Nutrition Educators can be brought in as a guest presenter if school is Title 1 or Free and Reduce meals are over 50%
