Actions Points: Immediate Response (6mos-2yrs) • Inform cabinet level PNAC members • Meet with specific LGU and groups • Communication and Advocacy Plan tapping the National Center for Health Promotion of DOH • Intensify partnership with NGOs and LGUs in the response • MARPS focused (esp. freelance FSW and MSM) • Emphasize prevention practices: condom use • Prioritize Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Metro Davao) • Conduct a geographic mapping

Actions Points: Long Term Plan (2-5yrs) • HIV financing for the PNAC secretariat to include GO PNAC members • Focus on accomplishing the MDGs # 6 • AMTP 2011-2016 to include: • sectoral service delivery plan, communication and marketing plan, financing schemes, systems strengthening and regulatory functions. • Policy review and discussion to define Council’s stand on: • Harm reduction package for PWIDs • Condom • ARV financing
