  1. Task Definition: Update the Pool Name, Manager, Model by Date, Target % or Amount Increase for a pool created. • In this task – Pool Managers are able to ‘update’ the Pool Name, Manager, Model by Date, Target % or Amount Increase for a pool they created. Pool Managers may also add or remove employee roles assigned to the pool. • Steps – From the Define My Pools menu option • Under Pools I Created, click on the desired pool • Update the Name, Manager, Date, % or Amount as required • Optional: [Add Employee Roles to Pool] or [Return Selected to Me] • Click on [Submit] • E-mail will be sent within 15 minutes to the Pool Manager(s) How To: Update a Pool • For example, a Pool Manager may receive a pool and 3% is the initial target. Subsequently they may divide the pool into two pools and update one pool to 2.5% and the other to 3.5%. The two pools together average the 3% target amount established.   2. Task: Update a Pool (cont’d) From the Update Pool page, adjust the Target % Increase or the Target Amount Increase, in this example 3%. Note the Target Salary Total will be adjusted. Click on [Submit] to see the following Validation Warning. If approved, click on [Submit Anyway] to complete this task.
