1. 財務管理及策劃(FMP)的特別安排 新會計年度 數據轉換 校管系統 己凍結使用 網上校管系統 輸入結 餘 校管系統 (獨立版) 預備工作 繼續完成本會計年度 現有使用『財管』的資助學校將有以下的過渡安排：  建議先完成未完成的會計月份  凍結使用校管系統 •  準備用作安裝校管系統獨立版的電腦，建議其硬件及軟件規格可參考現行校管系統的工作站 •  安裝校管系統獨立版 (註：此獨立版只可支援『財管』完成本會計年度) • 把有關『財管』資料的檔案由校管系統伺服器內拷貝至校管系統獨立版 安裝校管系統獨立版 校管系統獨立版及其安裝指引可在以下網站下載：http://www.hkedcity.net/iworld/resources/cabinet.phtml?parent_id=5386&iclub_id=105&tool_id=105  在校管系統獨立版內繼續完成本會計年度  正式使用網上校管系統。輸入年度結餘後，開始記錄新會計年度的財務資料 ( 如何把結餘輸入網上校管系統內，由教統局承辦商主辦的培訓課程內將會有詳細的解說 ) 後期工作 數據轉換 在進行數據轉換時，現有使用『財管』的資助學校可以有三個選擇： • 選擇 放棄轉換『財管』資料 • 所有『財管』組件需要在校管系統獨立版內繼續完成本會計年度 • 網上校管系統內將會提供一套全新己預設的帳目代碼 • 選擇 轉換基本設定及『財管』下的固定資產資料 ﹝使用固定資產組件的學校﹞ • 除固定資產可以立刻在網上校管系統使用外 • 其他『財管』組件需要在校管系統獨立版內繼續完成本會計年度 • 選擇 只轉換基本設定﹝沒有使用固定資產組件的學校﹞ • 其他『財管』組件需要在校管系統獨立版內繼續完成本會計年度 • 基本設定轉換包括會計期、帳目代碼、工作計劃等 三個選擇 ( 如何在進行數據轉換時配合學校所選取的選擇，由教統局承辦商提供有關數據轉換的資料內將會有詳細的指引 ) 其他與『財管』相關的資料，請瀏灠以下網址：http://www.hkedcity.net/iworld/resources/cabinet.phtml?parent_id=5385&iclub_id=105&tool_id=105 Jun 2003

Financial Monitoring and Planning (FMP) - Special Arrangement New Accounting Year Data Conversion SAMS (Server) Status Freeze 網上校管系統 Input balances manually SAMS (Standalone) To complete Current Accounting Year  Suggest to complete current accounting month first  Freeze all applications under SAMS Preparation •  For hardware/software configuration regarding the machine for Standalone SAMS installation, please make reference to the existing SAMS workstation •  Install Standalone SAMS (NB：Standalone version supports the running of FMP to complete current accounting year only ) • Copy relevant FMP files from Server to Standalone Install Standalone SAMS Standalone SAMS version and the installation guideline can be downloaded at ：http://www.hkedcity.net/iworld/resources/cabinet.phtml?parent_id=5386&iclub_id=105&tool_id=105  Complete current accounting year under Standalone SAMS  Start using Web SAMS to record financial information for new accounting year after the input of account balances manually into Web SAMS ( Training course to be provided by EMB’s contractor will explain further on How to Capture Balances into Web SAMS ) Follow up Data Conversion THREE options available for FMP aided school : • Option Convert Basic Settings only ﹝For school NOT using CAR﹞ • Complete the rest of FMP modules under Standalone SAMS • Basic Settings converted include Accounting Period, Charts of Accounts, Programme, etc • Option Do not convert any FMP data • Complete ALL FMP modules under Standalone SAMS • A set of new preload Chart of Accounts will be available in Web SAMS • Option Convert Basic Settings plus Capital Asset Register ﹝For school using CAR﹞ • CAR can be started working under Web SAMS immediately • Complete the rest of FMP modules under Standalone SAMS Three OPTIONS ( Material on Data Conversion to be provided by EMB’s contractor will explain how to perform each of the above option selected by schools ) For other FMP related information, please browse the below URL：http://www.hkedcity.net/iworld/resources/cabinet.phtml?parent_id=5385&iclub_id=105&tool_id=105 May 2003 Transitional arrangement for FMP aided school will be as follows ：
