HABITUS O CULTURA JURIDICA La regularidad y la previsibilidad del sistema reposa sobre todo en un conjunto de disposiciones comunes de los agentes jurídicos que funcionan como categorías de percepción y de apreciación que estructuran la percepción y la apreciación de los conflictos ordinarios y que orientan el trabajo destinado a transformarlos en confrontaciones jurídicas.

  2. ACCION SOCIAL: EL TRABAJO JURÍDICO Está directamente orientado hacia finalidades prácticas y a determinar efectos prácticos: la resolución de conflictos, y, si vamos más allá, al correcto «decir el derecho», esto es, la correcta aplicación o interpretación de las normas llamadas a resolver un conflicto determinado.
