  2. We are going to talk about the difference between Advocates, Attorneys, and Legal consultants.

  3. An Attorney An Attorney is similar to that of a lawyer and this term is generally used for legal experts who practice law. An attorney is a term utilized in different other legal prerequisites, for example, Attorney-in-fact. The attorney-in-fact is a term utilized for an individual who has the power to deal with another person’s legal and financial matters.

  4. If you want to become an attorney you have to complete your theoretical legal training. Then you will have to do your articles( a type of internship) for a particular time frame. After that, you will have to pass your board exam, only then can you apply to the high court to be conceded as an Attorney.

  5. An attorney can practice as a conveyancer, a patent attorney, litigator, etc. In specific circumstances, they can also represent their clients in a court of law. Attorneys can allude as lawyers but lawyers cannot be referred to as attorneys.

  6. An Advocate An advocate is a legal expert who speaks on the behalf of the clients in an official courtroom. In contrast to an attorney, an advocate does not manage customers directly. When the situation gets more complex, the attorney refers the clients to an advocate. Attorneys can only speak on the behalf of their clients in lower courtrooms, whereas Dubai advocates & legal consultants can represent or speak on the behalf of their clients in higher courtrooms also.

  7. Legal Consultants A legal consultant's job is to take care of the administrative duties in legal consultancy services. A legal consultant is not equivalent to a regular office administrator. One needs to take up explicit training in roles that demands working on knowledge of legal practices, processes, and terminology.
