Members. • Review Timeline for School Committee Chair. • Review Timeline for School Committee.

End Cycle Process • Supt. gives presentation to School Committee in open session about year-end goals. • School Committee members receive Supt. evaluation form to individually score at home during the next week. • School Committee members remit their individual forms to the Chairperson. • Chairperson compiles all individual evaluations into one summary evaluation. • Chair meets with the Supt. to review summary evaluation. • Chair presents evaluation summary in open session at the next School Committee meeting.

  9. Compliance VS. Reliance • Use Superintendent Evaluation for strategic planning. • District Improvement Planning with the Superintendent leading the change process. • Growth of the superintendent and district. • Evolutionary not revolutionary. • Superintendent sets the tone about initiatives.
