  5. HVQP High Volume Quality Plan 目的: 1. 讓供應商能夠有系統地做研究分析 2. 縮短LT以及加速生產效率 3. 發現潛在問題以及降低風險 4. 瞭解製程、增加產量、降低成本

  8. Quality Plan • PMP ( Process Management Plan ) 針對重點工段S.O.P訂定製程管制計畫,根據這套計畫作為執行標準,目的在於確保裝配時,產品不會發生異常及不良品的發生。

  12. Process Sample Approval (PSA) • 定義 一定數量的樣本進行全尺寸量測及外觀檢報告 • 目的 根據SE的要求生產 • 抽樣 根據各個料件,每穴抽2pcs

  13. PSA料件抽樣(2PCS)不良報告 前蓋部分 1.卡Connector處有毛邊(如下圖) 塑膠射出成型時合模益膠毛邊 此處有毛邊

  14. 內側面有縮水現象(如下圖) 因塑膠結構肉厚不均勻.射出會有輕微縮水 此處有輕微縮水現象 進膠點處有模印 進膠點過大且成型時參數不佳 此處有模印現象

  15. 後蓋部分 1.塑膠表面有碰傷現象(如下圖) 注塑射出過程中塑膠相互碰撞 塑膠碰傷 中間卡鉤部分 卡鉤上有結合線(如下圖) 因卡鉤上后續增加R角.卡鉤部位模具必須兩件式組合.產生結合線 此處有台階

  16. 成品部分 1.表面有碰傷現象 (如下圖) 在作業過程中產品相互堆積彧與桌面.工具碰撞 此處有碰傷現象 2.上下蓋接合處有段差 成品組裝銷螺絲時上下蓋沒有對正或螺絲沒有銷正 此處有碰傷現象
