The Brevard Public Schools Student Data System (DSDS) is a secure, user-friendly platform designed to enhance student achievement tracking. Users can access a variety of reports related to Math, Reading, Science, Writing, and more for current and previous classes, along with essential peripheral student data. The system features a continuously growing library of reports and allows users to present inservice points summary information. To get started, log in and navigate through the Corporate Categories folder to find the necessary reports. For support, check the Training Resource Site or contact the Help Desk.

  4. DSDS: How do I get started? After logging in, expand the Corporate Categories folder and then expand the Student Desktop folder. Choose the report you need from the subject category. Choose View to see the report.

  5. DSDS: What if something doesn’t work? • Check the Training Resource Site • Notify school-based support person • Email/call the Help Desk
