  19. OUR CONCLUSIONS • After the survey we can conclude that the Cypriot consumer, shops in a better way than he used to, on food products and is more informed on health issues. • There is a serious effort, by mostly younger people, to create a more healthy food diet, giving more emphasis to quality and ingredients instead of price. • Older people having lived tougher times, find themselves in an abundance of products, resulting them to carry away and create health issues. Bad diets have brought deceases like: obesity, hypertension, diabetes, strokes, heart deceases, cancer. All these diceases trouble us and our children. • Overconsumption acts psychological on us, as it creates an impression that saturation will bring us happiness. • On the other hand, hunger is a big problem in less advanced countries, and the cost of human lives cannot be calculated.Hunger and malnutrition problems create a sad picture of a lot of countries, in which children do not have the right to a better life.
