  6. Eye • Symptoms : Decrease Visual Acuity • Evaluation : Fundoscopy • Findings: Retinitis • Suspect : C.M.V.

  7. Ear Nose & Sinuses • Symptoms : Recurrent URTI • Evaluation : L.E. & Radiology • Findings: Chronic Sinusitis • Suspect : Bacterial / Fungal

  8. Oral Cavity • Symptoms : Oral Ulcers • Evaluation : L.E. • Findings: Coated / Striate Tongue • Suspect : Candidacies / H.L.P

  9. Neck • Symptoms : Enlarged Painless L.N • Evaluation : L.E. & FNAC • Findings: Soft / hard • Suspect : TB / HIV-Lymphoma

  10. Lungs • Symptoms : Cough with/ Without Expectoration • Evaluation : S.E. & Radiology • Findings: Consolidation/Effusion • Suspect : TB/PCP/ Recurrent C.A.P

  11. Mediastinum • Symptoms : Dry cough • Evaluation : S.E. & radiology-Biopsy • Findings: Lymphadenopathy • Suspect : TB/Carcinoma/Fungal

  12. Cardiovascular System • Symptoms : Tachycardia, Fatigue • Evaluation : Radiology & ECG • Findings: Pericardial Effusion / Cardiomyopathy • Suspect : TB / HIV

  13. Oesophagus • Symptoms : Difficulty in Swallowing Painful Swalloeing • Evaluation : Barium study / Scopy / Biopsy • Findings: Ulcers, Narrowing • Suspect : candidacies / Herpes / CMV / TB / Idiopathic

  14. Intestine • Symptoms : Diarrhea • Evaluation : Radiology & stool exm. • Findings: Organism • Suspect : Giardiasis, Isospora, Cryptosporiasis, E.Histolytica

  15. Spleen,Liver • Symptoms : Abdominal pain • Evaluation : Radiology & FNAC • Findings: Granulomatous lesions • Suspect : TB / Fungal

  16. Kidney Findings: On USG – Medical Renal Disease • Suspect : HIV Nephropathy / TB
