  2. 2 Distributed Collaborative Work Framework • Problem • Collaborative Work Environments are not generally accepted by end-users! Why? • Tools are to specific! • Targeted towards special groups! • Takes certain work patterns for granted! • Supports either synchronous or asynchronous collaboration. • Not scalable!
