B1. Annual Monitoring of Collaborative Provision: Programme Operational Review University centre leader visits partner twice a year and writes report of visits (AQH-I1-5) For Validation Model only: (formerly MODEL A) partner writes programme monitoring report For all other models: partner writes review report for each subject/ programme area Partner submits report to university centre leader in host faculty Partner submits review report to relevant university centre leader by the end of July Centre leader discusses partner review report with university programme leader(s), writes response to any issues raised, adds visit report with updated action plan and forwards to Faculty Associate Dean (Student Experience) AD(SE) Faculty Quality Officer and programme leader by the end of October University Faculty AD(SE) compiles overview report (AQH-I1-8) for the centre and sends to Academic Services by the end of March. The report should also be appended to the Faculty Annual Review report (AQH-Ci9-4) before submission to QMSC Collaborative Provision Manager submits overview report on Centre to Quality Management Sub Committee (QMSC) in May N.B. Centre leader conducts annual review of publicity information (including websites and handbooks) and draws inaccuracies (AQH-I1-6) to attention of Partner / liaises with Marketing and Recruitment Services (MAR) to procure remedy University centre leader submits programme annual monitoring report through normal faculty programme monitoring process. Centre leader writes response to any issues raised, amends visit report with updated action plan and forwards to Faculty AD(SE), Faculty Quality Officer by the end of October
