  5. How to unblock bottlenecks • Identify the problem • Determine the course of action • Explore all considerations • How long does is step take? • Will changes have a negative effect? • Decide on a course of action • Implementation

  6. Unblock your bottleneck! In your production line go through the process together and try to unblock your bottle neck

  7. 2nd round! • 3 minutes to make as many planes as possible • See which group made the most • See which group made the most improvement
