  1. On Monday it rained. Jakeand Nate could not go out to play.

  2. “I wish the rain would go away.” said Nate. The boys waited to see if the rain would stop.

  3. The rain stopped for a little bit; but then it started again. What could the boys do inside?

  4. “Let’s play with this train,” Nate said. “That’s a good idea,” said Jake. The boys made a track for the train.
