BACKGROUND • BJA implemented PMT in 2009 • Means to collect data for Congress • First reporting was for the RSAT Grant Program • ARRA Program was created • Next they added JAG (and ARRA) • New metrics apply to JAG (and ARRA) • Byrne/JAG Grant • Recovery-JAG Grant • State Recovery-JAG Grant • MJCCG Grant

  3. CLARIFICATION:STATUS REPORT VS. PMT REPORT

LOGIN SCREEN • https://www.bjaperformancetools.org • Enter your UserID and Password to sign in • Your UserID and Password are automatically assigned by the system and are universal for your organization • You can change your Password but you cannot change your UserID If you forgot your login, call Heather at (573) 751-1318

  5. INFORMATION AND RESOURCES • First screen you see upon login • Yellow toolbar at the top allows you to navigate through PMT • Red buttons prompt you through the steps Call Heather at (573) 751-1318 if you have questions – do not email or call the Helpdesk!

  6. PROFILE Notifications of necessary revisions are sent to the contacts listed on the profile. • Primary Contact is entered by MO DPS • You cannot change this • If changes are necessary, contact Heather at (573) 751-1318 • Secondary Contact is entered by MO DPS • You can change this • Make sure to keep it updated

  7. AWARDS • Each of your past and present awards will display • Separated by Program Area & Reporting Period • Reflects Data Entry Status Status of “Not Started” and “In Progress” mean the report has not yet been submitted. Red Button = not done! Make sure to click “Submit to Grantor” when done!

  8. BEGIN REPORTING PROCESS • For the first quarter, MO DPS sets up the award initially with the following: • Award Information • Purpose Areas • Activity Areas • You can edit the Award Information and Purpose Areas. • The Activity Areas is read-only to sub-recipients! • You must complete the following: • Award Information (for subsequent quarters) • General Information • Purpose Area (e.g. Law Enforcement)
