EIM TF – Tuesday Meetings • 1.00 – 3:00PM:Session 1 • Welcome & introductions • Status & Plans   • Discuss NIST SGIP SGAC (Smart Grid Architecture Committee) Semantic Efforts & How We Should Collaborate • Brief overview of SCE/IBM/CISCO Smart Grid Reference Architecture • Issues & General Discussion  • 3:30 – 5:30PM:Session 2 • EIM Utility Case Studies (“Birds of a Feather”) - Set 1 • SCE, Sempra, Oncor, PG&E • Review definitions of proposed EIM Use Cases Actors from Actors Team and update as necessary  • Brainstorm EIM Use Cases Names and prioritize them

EIM TF – Wednesday Meetings • 8:00-10:00AM: Session 3 • EIM Utility Case Studies (“Birds of a Feather”) - Set 2 • AEP, Duke • Select subset of Use Cases for sessions from session 2 • Begin Group Development of EIM Use Cases • White board sessions to articulate generic use cases • 10:30AM-12:00PM: Session 4 • Continue Group Development of EIM Use Cases • White board sessions to articulate generic use cases • 3:30 – 5:30PM: Session 5 • Smart Grid Semantic Model (SGSM) Scope Discussion  • Organize outline for SGSM deliverable

EIM TF – Thursday Meetings • 8:00 – 10:00AM: Session 6 • Discuss findings of TOGAF 9.0 Team • Requirements Specification Review • 10:30AM – 12:00PM: Session 7 • Complete Group Work on Requirements Specification • Review Master Plan and Phases • Plan Work to be Accomplished Before Next OpenSG F2F • Milestones, schedules & action items for task force and teams
