MiniMerc oversees the entire educational process, focusing on a clear and structured program for students to experience cluster internships. These internships involve multiple SMEs, some of which are highly specialized and may not traditionally take apprentices. The program focuses on immediate approval of specific internship goals, with opportunities for 30 students to participate in on-site practical training abroad. Possible industries include blacksmiths, carpenters, IT technicians, auto mechanics, retail assistants, and office clerks, with potential host countries in Germany, France, Spain, and the Baltics. The project aims to engage at least 10 students in international internships to develop cross-cultural competencies and enhance professional, social, and personal growth.
