Villa Bavaria – 2 Bedroom Villa Bavaria is a brand new, impressive Canadian post-and-beam residence, featuring magnificent natural timbers, generous living areas, two oversized bedrooms, cathedral ceilings and premium finishes. Big Bear Chalets – 2 Bedroom Each 2 bedroom chalet offers approximately 110 square meters of living space, featuring open-plan kitchen/living/dining areas, two covered terraces and three queen-sized western beds, sleeping anywhere between four to seven guests, depending on sleeping preferences. For larger groups, the 2 bedroom chalets can be connected via adjoining doors to create a single 4 bedroom residence, accommodating 10 to 14 guests and allowing both the adults and kids to enjoy their own separate living spaces and entertainment facilities. Surrounded by mature cedar, oak and red pine forests, it is easy to forget that some of Hakuba’s best restaurants, bars and hot springs are on your doorstep, as are the ski-lifts of Hakuba’s largest resort, Happo-one, which was the location of the 1998 Olympic Downhill and other alpine race courses.

Big Bear Chalets – 3 Bedroom Our 3 bedroom chalet provides almost 150 square meters of living space, featuring large open-plan living spaces, two bathrooms, two covered terraces and western-style accommodation for up to 8 guests. Netflix-enabled smart TV facilities, a bluetooth sound system and high-speed internet all enhance comfort and make the chalet ideal for longer stays. Surrounded by mature cedar, oak and red pine forest, it is easy to forget that some of the best restaurants, bars and hot springs are only moments away, as are the ski-lifts of Hakuba’s largest resort, Happo-one, which was the site of the 1998 Olympic Downhill and other alpine race events.

Big Bear Apartments – 1 to 3 Bedrooms Each self-contained apartment is finished and furnished to a high standard, with high-speed internet, Netflix-enabled smart TVs, well-equipped kitchens and all other conveniences to ensure absolute comfort. The Big Bear Apartments are ideal for smaller groups, couples, or even larger groups of friends who desire their own space, but wish to stay in close proximity to each other. Of particular interest to guests with children too young to ride the lifts is the Happo-one Resort’s Kids’ Snow Park, which is just a one minute walk from the Big Bear Apartments and offers a variety of ‘on-snow’ activities for the kids. This is also where the Happo Kids Club is located, offering indoor child-minding services and activities for toddlers.
