  3. Using the table below, write down the number matched to each letter in EACH name Example: AMANDA = 1, 4, 1, 5, 4, 1 LYNN = 3, 7, 5, 5 JONES = 1, 6, 5, 5, 1 1 = A, J, S 6 = F, O, X 2 = B, K, T 7 = G, P, Y 3 = C, L, U 8 = H, Q, Z 4 = D, M, V 9 = I, R 5 = E, N, W

  4. 3. Add the numbers together for each name Example: AMANDA = 1 + 4 +1 + 5+ 4 + 1 = 16 LYNN = 3 + 7 + 5 + 5 = 20 JONES = 1 + 6 + 5 + 5 + 1 = 18 4. You will most likely get a double digit for each name. Break down each double digit number you get by adding the first and second digit to get one number. Example: AMANDA = 16 1 + 6 = 7 LYNN = 20 2 + 0 = 2 JONES = 18 1 + 8 = 9
