System Test II Status Current position • System Test SIR Status • Emphasis on closing SIRs via retests has reduced the number of SIRs with a fix but needing closure to c. 30, of which 12 are PPT issues • Fix effort concentrates on the rolling c. 6 SIRs which are important to successfully complete System Testing • Likely to carry c, 50 SIRs into PPT, of which c. 15 need to be fixed-; the balance are of low importance with no pressing urgency to fix • Balance of System Test SIRs will be amalgamated with PPT SIRs for one continued fix process from next week • System Test Status Summary • 143/174 sections claimed • See next page for estimated position at end Monday • Likely incomplete testing of ASN functionality around Minerva POs, especially Bought Outs. Project team will retrench and define new approach for creating Minerva POS to allow successful testing during the two one week windows for further functional testing
