Prejudice and Your Child (1953) • Clark and his wife worked together • Surveyed both blacks and whites from Washington, D.C., New York, Philadelphia, ... • Two black and two white dolls- Document how African American children perceived themselves. • Majority- Black dolls were bad, and white dolls were nice, would rather play with white dolls.
