Boeing Walk-A-Thon Who: LHS Key Club & Boeing Employees What: Walk-a-thon to help raise funds for local community programs in Snohomish County! • Help with registration, lead walk routes, etc. • Release form required for all ages (if under 18, need parent signature) • Wear Youth United shirt if have one When: May 31st, 2014 (Sat) Time: 8am - Noon Where: Everett, WA *3 spots left

Relay for Life Who: LHS Key Club, Lynnwood Kiwanis, American Cancer Society, etc. What: community fundraising walk to fight cancer and honor or in memory of those who passed away from cancer When: May 31st, 2014 (Sat) Time: 11am – 11pm Where: Edmonds-Woodway High School (7600 212th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98026)

Project Homeless Connect Who: LHS Key Club & Youth United What: Provide service to over 1,000 homeless individuals and families • Release form required for all ages (if under 18, need parent signature) When: July 10th, 2014 (Thurs) Time: • Food Service Shift (1) 8:30am – 11:30am OR (2) 11am – 2pm OR (3) 1:30pm – 4pm • Event Help Shift (4) 8am – Noon OR (5) 11:30 – 3:30pm Where: Evergreen Middle School (Everett, WA) *5 per each shift; only sign up for one!

  17. Info about Project HC shifts • Food Service • Help serve food! You'll take our homeless customers to their seats, take their orders, and bring them lunch. Customers really appreciate the caring way our volunteers provide a dignified restaurant experience for them. • Event Help • Event volunteers will be assigned where they are needed, usually to the following tasks: childcare room, shoe donation sorting, photography/social media helpers, or extra kitchen help.

  18. Run of the Mill Who: LHS Key Club What: Help with the 29th annual “Run of the Mill” 5k charity race/walk for cancer! When: July 12th, 2014 (Sat) Time: 7am - Noon Where: Mill Creek Town Center (15418 Main Street, Mill Creek WA 98012)

  19. MLT Fun Run Who: LHS Key Club, Cedar Way Ele. PTO, & Tour De Terrace What: Help with run/walk that raises funds for local elementary schools! When: July 26th, 2014 (Sat) Time: 7am – 11am *Choose which task Where: Mountlake Terrace High School (21801 44th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043)
