  1. Hi, I wanted to share with you a little bit about why we created our summer season reading program. For me, it was because of my students. Throughout the years of teaching in my personal knowing center, parents would bring their children to me that were behind in reading and spelling. https://asia.google.com/url?q=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ https://clients1.google.com/url?q=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ In some cases they were simply a bit behind, in some cases they were method behind, and sometimes they were at grade level and simply wished to advance quicker. In some cases this was because the students had finding out problems like dyslexia and ADHD. Other times, this was simply because the teachers did not teach all of the particular skills needed to read. There is a science-proven, detailed manner in which all kids can prosper with reading. But, unfortunately, teachers themselves frequently are not taught how to teach kids in this method. https://cse.google.com/url?q=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ https://cse.google.com/url?sa=t&url=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ The issue was that I was only able to see them for an hour at a time and only twice a week. How could I get these students' abilities up while not just offering a band-aid service? Standard tutors typically just work on research. Unfortunately, this does not resolve the source of trainees' troubles and does not actually get their abilities up. So, I went to the research and what I learned from my coaches in my early summer reading program 2022 theme years of teaching. I discovered that short activities often produce much better outcomes than long labored work. I found that teaching in an organized and structured way to target each area of reading and spelling worked. https://ditu.google.com/url?q=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ https://ipv4.google.com/url?q=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ I discovered that short daily fluency practice assists all students read quicker, more properly, and inherently enhances their comprehension skills.

  2. I discovered that using graphic organizers helps students find the essence and details, sequence events, and arrange their ideas to improve their understanding. Students could lastly comprehend and picture what they check out. I discovered that the majority of words in English follow 8 particular spelling patterns and when you find out the patterns, spelling becomes easier and spelling finally makes good sense. I found that brain-body activities improve neuroplasticity and translate to making finding out simpler in all locations. I found that executive function abilities were often not taught in school. These abilities are so crucial, not simply with preparing for school jobs however in life. https://ipv4.google.com/url?sa=t&url=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ https://plus.google.com/url?q=https://kidsontheyard.com/summer-reading-program/ I discovered that teaching through our senses (hearing, seeing, and doing) enhanced their reading and spelling abilities much faster. It did not matter if they had finding out difficulties or if they were just merely seeking to advance quicker. I assemble a program of these findings into brief 5-20 minute everyday activities that I might do with my students. It wasn't long before my students and parents started seeing significant outcomes. Students that were behind by 1-2 years often got up to grade level in 2-4 months. Teachers started to ask what I was making with these kids. Parents wished to know what the magic sauce was. I understood I needed to make my program readily available to more students no matter where they live. I required to make the program in a way that moms and dads can do it with their kids on their schedule in your home. This is why I developed the summertime reading program.

We take the uncertainty out of determining the very best, most time-efficient, and efficient way to enhance your child's reading and spelling abilities. Simply follow our detailed program, and you will see your kids' skills improve by leaps and bounds. We are here to help you and your child prosper.
