  4. Important Information • George was the oldest child from a second marriage. • Jealous of his half-siblings. • One day away from joining the British Navy. • Became a Surveyor

Important Information Con’t • Almost died delivering a message to a French Commander marching into the Ohio Valley (Before French and Indian War). • Fought in the French and Indian War in the British Militia • Married a widow (Martha) with two children • He never had his own children. • Expert Distiller and grew Marijuana (Mt.
