Transition to new period • Community Inititiative > Mainstream Programme • Longer implementation period: 2007-2013 versus 2003-2006 • Delivery in an enlarged Europe– New Candidate and Potential Candidate Countries IPA & ENPI • Delivery model: Stronger regional focus and reinforced coordination. • New challenges to be tackled: new Regulations, new issues arising in programmes etc.
