  11. E. FLOODED EVAPORATOR EWWD-BJYNN – Flooded evaporator • McQuay engineered and manufactured flooded evaporator (with refrigerant in shell and water inside the tubes) for high performance. Same centrifugal chillers technology. • Replaceable water tubes internally rifled and externally enhanced copper, mechanically bonded to steel tube sheets • Two compressors on the same flooded evaporator to increase part load efficiency.   18. 1. OPTIONS AS STANDARD (1/2) FLOW SWITCH – Supplied separately to be wired and installed on the evaporator water piping (by the customer). COMPRESSOR THERMAL OVER RELAYS– Safety devices against compressor motor overloading in addition to the normal protection envisaged by the electrical windings. UNDER/OVER VOLTAGE –Phase monitor to control the minimum and maximum voltage value that the user can set. ALARM FROM EXTERNAL DEVICE – Microprocessor is able to receive an alarm signal from an external device (pump etc…).   20. 2. OPTIONS ON REQUEST OPSSSoft start –Electronic starting device to reduce starting current. An overload protection is included (no need of compressors thermal relays). OP12 - Suction line shut off valve – Suction shut-off valve installed on the suction port of the compressor to facilitate maintenance operation. OPLNSound proof cabinet– Made of sheet metal and internally insulated, the sound proof cabinet is around the compressor/s reach the best performance in noise reduction. OPPF- Capacitor power factor correction - Installed on the electrical control panel to ensure it conforms to the plant rules (Daikin advises maximum 0,9). OP57- Ammeter and voltmeter– Digital meters of unit drawn amperes and voltage values, installed on the electrical control panel. Link back options summary
