CBRN Sentinel OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES • Integration of existing tools and procedures and development of novel solutions • Rapid determination of exposure level to CBRN agent including detection and monitoring • Integrated, interoperable and centralized procedures for decontamination, information, treatment and triage • Establish guidelines for hospitalisation based on contamination evaluation • Standardization of tools and procedures to fit in overarching emergency response and search & rescue systems

CBRN Sentinel OVERVIEW AND OBJECTIVES • Special attention to ethical and societal aspects – gender, religious, privacy etc. • Cost-efficiency through dual-use applications • Network of end-users – defence, security, firemen, emergency medical response, rescuers • Establish procedures for decontamination, treatment and triage for improved Crisis Management in the case of CBRN event
