  5. TIC Internet pour La recherche scientifique Vie Associative Solidarité dans le Savoir Qui Sommes Nous ? Un groupe de jeunes Tunisiens, appartenant à des domaines différents mais réunis autour des 4 points suivants :

Nos Objectifs La participation à la promotion des recherches tunisiennes dans tous les domaines en se chargeant de les placer dans les plus grandes bibliothèques virtuelles dans le monde La contribution à la divulgation de la culture d’Internet chez les chercheurs tunisiens. L’établissement d’un partenariat actif avec les institutions de recherche scientifique en Tunisie et à l’étranger. Atars’net La contribution à la formation et l’encadrement des jeunes dans le domaine des TIC. La formation et l’encadrement des jeunes diplômés, de diverses spécialités, dans le cadre des stages en vue d’optimiser leurs chances de réussir leur intégration dans la vie professionnelle en leur offrant la possibilité de manipuler et utiliser les réseaux de communication.

NOS PROJETS • Projets fixés lors de l’assemblée générale : • La certification internationale en TIC via E-Learning ICDL • Des sessions de formation en création et gestion de contenu- Leadership • Des sessions de formation en techniques de rédaction scientifique • E-Rédaction Scientifique • E-Journalisme Scientifique • Des forums de réflexion concernant des sujets et des problématiques relatives à la recherche scientifique et au TIC. • Colloque International • ISCB Mise en œuvre des objectifs cités dans le texte de création d’Atars’net et des recommandations tirées de nos activités

ISCB Lors de l’ ICT 4 All Forum tunis+4qui tenu les 24 et 25 Novembre. 2009 à Hammamet, l'Association Atars’net et le Centre international pour la science et la technologie de l'Organisation des Nations Unies pour le développement industriel-CIS-ONUDI- ont organisé un séminaire thématique sur “E-learning on high technology and science for Developing Countries Strategy and synergies “. Tous les participants sont convenus de la création d'un réseau mondial «Les TIC pour renforcer les capacités scientifiques", sous la coordination de ATARS'NET.

Les objectifs de ce réseau sont les suivants: • Création d'un centre d'excellence pour le partage des connaissances • Contribution à la réalisation des Objectifs du Millénaire pour le développement (OMD): Situation et perspectives dans le monde entier • Contribution à la construction de ponts entre les scientifiques du monde entier: la création d'une passerelle entre les scientifiques en développement et pays développés http://icsbnetwork.ning.com/
