Prince William Life Sciences Lab Building Project Overview • 75,000 sf laboratory building to house CAPMM, University Research, Shared Support space, and incubator space • Constructed under PPEA provisions • Conceptual Stage proposal original closing Sept 8, 2010, to be extended in to 9/29/10. • Detailed Proposal request anticipated after selection of one or more offerors from conceptual proposal. • Schedule – goal is completion of construction by Fall 2012.
