  3. 18-21 July 2011 Birchwood Hotel Johannesburg Interactive sessions will provide delegates with a knowledge-sharing platform to discuss common challenges with their peers and, together, find solutions to unsolved problems including capacity and funding. Focused sessions will enable delegates to share their own experiences and learn from other local authorities that have successfully used ICT to drive down costs and improve service delivery to the citizen. Through presentations and one-to-one consultations delegates will be able to explore new technologies and learn about existing solutions from technology providers who have experience of operating similar projects.
