Successes 1.Medication Access and Adherence • MASP Program now in place • Governance Agreement positioned to support MASP • 17 clients currently access ARV’s & are supported in partnership with: • Central Interior Native Health Society • Positive Living North • Northern Health 2. Testing • Clinical Decision Support and measurement enhancements to EMR (still under review) • POC testing (Youth, Cedar Project, Aids Prevention, UNBC, First Nations) • Promotion of testing and education with providers • Renewed focus on testing in young gay men

Telehealth video linked consultation • Expanded into 5 new communities: • Dawson Creek, • Prince Rupert, • Terrace, • Houston • Smithers • Includes GP, Nurse, Mental Health & Addiction, Positive Living North staff, Pharmacist and Specialist • Consultation with Infectious Disease Specialist: Dr. Hamour 4. Patient Journey Mapping • First mapping session completed

Increase in Capacity • Mental Health Clinician supporting programs • Aboriginal Coordinator engaged with Community & First Nation Partners • Communications position instrumental in organizing media/promo blitzes throughout NH • HIV 101 website developed and linked with Vancouver sites • Nurse specialist works closely with Dr. Hamour to increase testing capacity & support to community partners: • Corrections • CINHS • Tele Health • First Nations
