Charging -- The History • “Contributors” • Self - declared size & contribution • Change to Membership Organisation • Three Membership Classes: Small, Medium, Large • Three matching membership fees • Yearly calculations of size determined by resource holdings over time • Class boundaries decided by “magical gaps” in size distribution Axel Pawlik
