  4. 現在我們知道。。。 • 71%現刊可以網上獲取 • 每1本紙本書出借就有7篇e-journal articles下載 • 外借的書降了11%，爾借來的書總量卻增加了16% • 近80萬次reference服務中，28%是無接觸型 • 使用圖書館總次數中只有37%是真正走進我們大門的讀者。。。

  19. 合作必須雙贏，務實 • 2009年與清華正式簽訂了合作備忘錄：多項合作計劃：館員培訓，資源共享 • 出售九萬冊完整的人文副本館藏 • 籌辦2012清華-康奈爾大學圖書館館長論壇 • 幫助中國科學院圖書館建立知識環境

  27. 探索Open Access新運作模式 要求前200名用戶單位出資維持 arXiv，研究Open Access 運作新模式，四年后將康奈爾出資部分降低到arXiv運行經費的15%。
