The New Campus Initiative, Green Dot, is a research-based violence prevention strategy focused on sexual violence, dating/domestic violence, and stalking. Aimed at creating a campus culture that does not tolerate violence, it has shown a 50% reduction in sexual violence and a 40% reduction in overall power-based personal violence. Get involved by attending trainings, educating faculty and staff, and making a clear statement against violence at Auburn.

  2. New Campus Initiative: Green Dot • Violence prevention strategy aimed at: • Sexual violence • Dating/domestic violence • Stalking • Goal – Campus culture that emphasizes: • We do not tolerate violence at Auburn. • Everyone has a role in preventing violence.

  7. How Faculty Can Get Involved • Make a clear statement to students that we do not tolerate violence at Auburn • Contact Health Promotion & Wellness Services to: • Schedule a brief Green Dot presentation for a faculty or departmental meeting • Provide a class presentation
