  1. Canon TR4500 Setup | Wi-Fi Setup Canon is a Japanese based company that is famous for its optics and printing product. Canon printers are one of the best printers in the market and one of such printers is Canon tr4500. Canon tr4500 is an inkjet All-in-one printer that is capable of printing, scanning, faxing and copying. It has two cartridges which makes printing easy and effective with its Mopria print service it is easy to print through smartphones, tablets and with the Air print service it is easy to print through iPhone, iOS, Mac, etc. Here we will talk about the Wi-Fi setup of Tr4500 Requirements: - •Operating system- window 11, 10, 8, 7, window vista, mac, iOS devices. •Remove all the unwanted packing and plastics from the printer and remove the orange tip. •A wireless router. •A computer, laptops, mac etc. •A high and fast network connection. •Printer driver.

  2. There are two ways of canon tr4500 wifi setup. 1. Pin method- •Plug in your printer to the power switch and switch on the power. • Now switch on the printer by pressing the power button of the printer. •Now press the setup button on the printer control panel. •On the setup menu, Wi-Fi setup is the first option press the ok button. •Use the right arrow button and go to manual setup/connect. •Press ok. •The printer will search for the wireless router. •Select your wireless router name and press ok. •Now enter your network password and click ok. •Your printer is connected to a Wi-Fi network. 2. Push-button method- •Plug in your printer to the power switch and switch on the power. •Now switch on the printer by pressing the power button of the printer. •Now press the setup button on the printer control panel. •On the setup menu, Wi-Fi setup is the first option press the ok button. •Now use the right arrow button and go to WPS (push button) option. •Press ok.

  3. •Now go to your wireless router and press the blue color WPS button on it. •Now press the ok button of the printer. •When the screen show you a connected message, press ok. •Your printer is connected to a Wi-Fi network. After the printer is connected to a network you need to connect it to the computer and install a printer driver. Printer Driver Installation:- •Open the internet browser. Go to the official canon website. •Click on the setup option. •Select your region or country. •Enter your printer name or model name. •A list of drives will be shown to you. Select your as an operating device and then click on a drive. •Click on the download button and download the drive. •Now open the download set up a file on your system. •Click Start setup. •The software will search for the new and updated drive and automatically download it. •On the select network window choose “wirelessLAN network”. Click on “connect via a wireless router” or cable less network and click next. •Accept the license agreement and agree on the term and conditions of the software. •Follow the installation steps and complete the setup.
