Jackson Elementarypresents “A Tour of Belgium”
“A Tour of Belgium” The Memphis in May theme, “Belgium”, inspired the students of Jackson Elementary for the Spring, 2011 Thinkshow. Students in grades pre-kindergarten through fourth grade, as well as sixth grade students, enjoyed learning about some of Belgium’s well known characteristics. This project helped students develop an appreciation for the cultural influences one country can have on others. The next slides represent how each grade level was inspired by Belgium traditions and culture.
