  3. Programme eligible area MONTENEGRO Municipalities: Andrijevica, Berane, Bijelo Polje, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Nikšić,.Plav, Pljevlja, Plužine, Rožaje, Šavnik, Žabljak Adjacent area: Podgorica, Danilovgrad, Cetinje SERBIA Counties: Raški Zlatiborski

  4. Who can apply? • Non profit making legal persons • Established in: • Serbia or Montenegro • EU member state • Other IPA beneficiary country • Country beneficiary of ENPI • Member state of the EEA

  5. But! • Organisations from both Serbia and Montenegro must be included • Activities must take place in the programme eligible area • Must effect both the Serbian and Montenegrin parts of the programming area

  6. Project structure • Two applicants: • One requesting funds from Serbian CA • Other requesting funds from Montenegrin CA • Two contracts But • One application - one joint project !!!

  7. When? • First Call for Proposals closed on September 23, 2009 • Nearly 60 applications received • Evaluation in progress • Implementation starts in spring 2010. • Second Call for Proposals expected to be launched on ?????
