Water Laboratory Alliance • Nationwide integrated network of laboratories • Provides analytical capabilities/capacity for water contamination incidents • Natural, intentional or unintentional • Chemical, biological, or radiochemical (CBR) contaminants • Water media element of ERLN • Created through phased approach • Developed/tested through Regional Laboratory Response Plans
