  4. Building on GA resolution 46/182 and innovations in the field, a change to RESPONSE PLANNING has been introduced to shift the focus away from preparing appeal documents to ensuring a MORE STRATEGIC RESPONSE in country.

  6. ENSURING CONSENSUS ON PRIORITIZED NEEDS IS ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCESS. THROUGH A STRUCTURED DISCUSSION SUPPORTED BY AN OPTIONAL PRIORITIZATION TOOL
